Our Team
Phil retired in December 2015 after 38 years at Rehmann, a 900 person CPA and Wealth Management firm based in Michigan. He was the Regional Managing Partner for the SE Region which was the firm’s largest region. He currently is president and founder of Ashes to Glory Foundation, a nonprofit that he and his wife started in 2011. He graduated in 1977 from Kansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting – Summa Cum Laude.
Phil is a certified public accountant who practiced in his CPA firm from 1977 through 2015, serving a diverse client base. He was actively involved in tax planning, business consulting and financial matters.

- Actively involved in a local Livonia, Michigan church as Sunday teacher and choir director
Phil has been married 45 years. He and his wife, Dawn, have 3 adult children and 8 grandchildren.
Brandon’s passion and calling to Ashes to Glory Foundation stem from his own personal recovery journey and the desire for God to use his experiences to assist others in finding true Freedom. He joined AtGF after spending 15+ years in multiple sales, management, and executive level roles spanning three different industries. He graduated from Lincoln Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in leadership & management. One of his greatest joys is helping organizations and individuals reach their full, God-given potential.
Brandon married his bride Samantha in 2016, and together they have 2 children. He is actively involved and committed to serving in their local church as a small group leader and deacon. When he is not working or serving, Brandon recharges by spending time with his family, experiencing God’s creation in nature, and cheering on his favorite NFL team – the Detroit Lions.
