WHY 90 DAYS?
30 days may be enough to get substances out of the body, but it is rarely enough time to address what is underneath the addiction.
Around the 30 to 40 day mark, many individuals are still emotionally and psychologically vulnerable. Detox may be complete, but the deeper work is just beginning. Understanding what is driving the addiction, working through trauma and unhealthy patterns, rebuilding relationships, and learning how to live differently all take time.
That is why 30 days should be viewed as a beginning, not an end. Addiction does not develop overnight, and lasting recovery rarely does either.
With time, consistent support, and clinically effective, Christ-centered care, individuals have the opportunity to address the root of the problem and build a foundation for lasting healing.
WHAT DO WE MEAN BY “CHRIST-CENTERED, CLINICAL TREATMENT?”
At Ashes to Glory Foundation, we support treatment programs that are both Christ centered and clinically sound.
Some programs offer strong clinical care but leave faith out of the healing process. Others are deeply rooted in faith but may not provide the clinical expertise needed to address addiction and trauma effectively.
